Renault updates My Renault app

Available on Android and iOS platforms, the new app is meant to make the buying experience easier for prospective owners.

Renault has brought out the latest version of the My Renault app to ease the buying experience for prospective customers and enhance after-sales services for existing buyers. The app is available on Android and iOS platforms and new customers and existing customers now can get access to it.

One can use the app to check out Renault’s India range from the Kwid hatchback to the Captur SUV, and contact dealerships and make enquiries. The My Renault App also features an e-commerce module that enables online purchase of Renault accessories and merchandise. The app can also integrates after-sales services from road side assistance and customer care to service reminders and expenses.

The My Renault app is not a connectivity solution and does not interface with the vehicle.
