Nissan launches customer service campaign

Nissan has announced the launch of its customer service campaign called ‘Happy with Nissan’. The first phase of this service campaign will go on till May 18th, starting today.
 
Under this initiative, car owners will be entitled to a free car wash and a 60-point check up at Nissan’s authorized service outlets. Customers will also be entitled to a 20% discount on labour charges, genuine accessories and on Nissan’s extended warranty. The service will be available at 66 Nissan dealerships across 54 cities in the country.  
 
Nissan hopes to provide better, immediate solutions to car owners through this after-sales service programme. Kenichiro Yomura, president, Nisan India Operations said: “We are consciously working towards optimising our after-sales service operations so that service wait time and costs can be kept to a minimum. This is one of our key priorities for this year.”
