New BMW Facility Next opened in Cuttack

This new state-of-the-art retail and service facility will be the largest of BMW’s facilities in eastern India.

BMW Group India has announced the launch of a new BMW Facility Next in Cuttack, which will be represented by OSL Prestige. The carmaker says the new facility will be the largest full-fledged integrated retail and service facility for BMW and BMW Motorrad in eastern India.

The dealership is based on the latest BMW Facility Next concept and will showcase the both, the range of BMW cars and BMW Motorrad’s motorcycles.

The new facility is spread over a total area of 73,000 sq ft and comprises three levels – vehicle display area, workshop section and a mezzanine floor with a cafe. The showroom displays five BMW cars along with an Experience Zone featuring Virtual Reality to bring customers face-to-face with the latest updates on BMW product range. An interactive virtual product presentation displayed on a large screen, along with a car configurator, helps customers to evaluate and customise their car. The BMW Motorrad section exclusively displays eight motorcycles, along with the latest lifestyle and accessories collection.

The state-of-the-art workshop comprises five service bays each for BMW and BMW Motorrad. The entire aftersales service staff has undergone rigorous training and certified at BMW Group India’s Training Centre in Gurgaon. Showroom and workshop personnel follow comprehensive sanitisation processes of the premises, of workshop tools and equipment.

BMW India has also been quite active on the product front, as it has recently launched 8 Series in India in both Coupe and Gran Coupe form along with the X6 SUV-coupe. The carmaker has also recently introduced a new range-topping M50d version of the X7 SUV
