Maserati officially returns to India

Italian sports and GT carmaker Maserati has formally announced its re-entry in to India. Maserati, in the next few month, will open its first dealership in Mumbai. Other dealerships will be seen in Delhi and Bengaluru soon.
The Maserati range in India will start with the Ghibli diesel sedan priced at Rs 1.1 crore. It is powered by a 3.0-litre 275bhp V6 diesel motor. Next up is the Maserati Quattroporte diesel, powered by the same diesel motor, priced at Rs 1.5 crore. The Quattroporte GTS sedan, equipped with a 3.8-litre 530bhp twin-turbo petrol V8 is priced at Rs 2.2 crore.
The Maserati GT twins, the GranTurismo and the GranCabrio are priced at Rs 1.8 and Rs 2 crore, respectively. Both come with a 405bhp V8 motor.
All prices are ex-showroom.
