Maserati opens dealership in Bangalore

Maserati has inaugurated its first dealership in southern India in Bangalore in partnership with Jubilant AutoWorks Pvt Ltd. The dealership, the second in India after the first opened in Delhi in September, is expected to cater to other cities as well with dedicated sales managers at Chennai, Hyderabad and Kochi.

The new dealership located on MG Road has enough floor space to display six vehicles and will offer sales and servicing for the entire Maserati range in India including the likes of the Ghibli diesel sedan, the Quattroporte diesel and GTS sedans, the GranTurismo sports coupe and the GranCabrio. The showroom will also have a visitor's lounge, a merchandising section as well as a configurator area where clients can customize their new vehicle.

Speaking on the occasion, Bojan Jankulovski, head of operations for India, said “As part of its over 100 years of heritage, exclusivity and sophistication with a generous dash of Italianity are embedded in Maserati’s genes. We believe that the southern market, and Bengaluru especially, is embedded in a culture that understands and appreciates luxury, thus holding immense potential for a brand like ours. The southern part of India has witnessed a strong growth in luxury car sales, which makes it clear that having a representation in the area is now a necessity for Maserati.”

Maserati are scheduled to inaugurate their third dealership in India later this month in Mumbai.
