We’re at it again! Barely two months after finishing a mammoth trip from India to Cambodia, we have embarked on a road trip once more where we will push the boundaries even further. This time, we've set out in a made-in-India Renault Kwid from the iconic India Gate in Delhi, to Paris - home of Renault.

Taking the Kwid where no Kwid has gone before won't be easy. Then again, it wasn't meant to be. It's the challenge of covering 17,000km, crossing 12 countries in over six weeks in a popular hatchback everyone can buy is what has us excited. The Kwid, and our expert team of drivers, writers and camerapersons are driving through the chaotic roads of exotic Myanmar, the lesser seen parts of China, sections of the silk route in Kyrgyzstan, vast expanses of Kazakhstan and snow-laden highways of Russia and finally entering the autobahns of the European heartland.

We have endured extreme conditions on our journey. Early morning starts in -23 degrees and battling severe crosswinds to name a few. But the thrill of being in a new town every day, feasting on local delicacies and just seeing the incredible beauty of these lands through the windscreen of the Kwid has made it worth it. As you might have guessed, the trip has ensured that we have a cracking story to tell.

Follow our journey as we guide Renault’s small car wonder to its finale in Paris on our Twitter and Facebook page. You can follow our blog here.
