Toyota India has launched a limited edition of its Etios sedan. Called the Etios Xclusive, the car gets some feature additions and cosmetic upgrades. Starting at Rs 5.98 lakh, the carmaker will limit the Etios Xclusive to only 900 units.

The Etios Xclusive is based on the base-spec G variant of the standard Etios sedan and will be available with both petrol and diesel engine options. Add-ons for the Xclusive model include more chrome on the grille, additional chrome detailing on the headlights, tail-lights and wing mirrors, and a Bluetooth-equipped audio system. The car is available in two colours, grey and silver.

Toyota Financial Services, the brand’s financial arm, is also offering Xclusive buyers 100 percent road funding for seven years on a zero down payment scheme, as well as a package through which they can avail discounts on service.

"The Etios has patronage of over two lakh customers in the Indian market. The new Etios Xclusive has been introduced to bring in freshness and exclusivity to the existing product," said N Raja, director and senior VP (Sales and Marketing) at Toyota India.

The Etios Exclusive limited edition (petrol) is priced at Rs 5.98 lakh and the diesel variant is priced at Rs 7.10 lakh (all prices ex-showroom Delhi).
