Toyota Etios Cross
Toyota has launched the new Etios Cross at a starting price of Rs 5.76 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Unveiled at the Auto Expo earlier this year, the Toyota Etios Cross is available in four trims – V and G for the petrol car and VD and GD for the diesel.
The Toyota Etios Cross is basically a Liva hatchback with rugged looking body kit. The Etios Cross gets a matte black plastic band that goes right across from its chin, to the flanks and around the rear and there are also pseudo skid plates with a dull silver finish. It also gets roof rails, a rear spoiler and diamond finish 15-inch alloys.
On the inside, you get piano black interiors and sporty seat fabric and Etios Cross badging. It also features a 2-DIN audio system with aux, Bluetooth and USB compatibility. The top variants will also get audio controls on the steering wheel, and a rear defogger and wiper. Safety features include ABS with EBD and dual front airbags.
The Toyota Etios Cross is available with three engine options – 1.2-litre and 1.5-litre petrols and a 1.4-litre diesel motor. The base petrol variant gets the 78.9bhp 1.2-litre petrol motor while the top V trim gets the 88.7bhp 1.5-litre petrol engine. The 1.4-litre diesel motor is good for 67bhp.
The Etios Cross is available with the option of eight paint shades.
The price range for the Etios Cross is as below:
Petrol
G — Rs 5.76 lakh
V — Rs 7.35 lakh
Diesel
GD — Rs 6.9 lakh

(all prices, ex-showroom, Delhi)
