Toyota has launched the Innova Crysta with prices starting at Rs 13.84 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The MPV has a choice of two new engines – a 2.4-litre four-cylinder diesel engine producing 150hp and 343Nm of torque, that comes paired with a five-speed manual gearbox, and a more powerful 2.8-litre four-cylinder diesel engine that produces 174hp and 360Nm of torque, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
The Innova Crysta is offered in four trim levels, G, GX, VX and ZX, which are all available with the smaller 2.4-litre engine and manual transmission. The larger 2.8-litre engine with the automatic gearbox, however, is offered as an option in the GX and ZX trims only. Here's a breakdown of the variants and features on offer, starting from the GX trim. Details of the G trim are still awaited.
