New BMW showroom in Chennai

BMW adds to dealer network, plans to establish 50 in metros by end-2014.

BMW has inaugurated a new dealership, KUN Exclusive, in Chennai. The showroom is spread across 3,014 sq ft and located on Whites Road in the city. There are standard facilities like a sales lounge next to the display area and there's the Isetta bar. It will display six models from the carmaker's stables. KUN Exclusive represents the manufacturer in Chennai and Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu and Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh.

“BMW India has set a decisive course in India by setting up BMW dealerships of international standards across all metropolitan centres of the country. We have set very high standards in service quality and customer care in India and our commitment to aggressively expand our operations in India will continue at a fast pace. By end of 2014, BMW India will aggressively expand its dealer network by increasing the number of sales outlets to 50 across major metropolitan centers and emerging markets from 37 at present.” Philipp von Sahr, president of BMW India, said.
