Audi has opened its technical service centre in Mumbai. The technical service centre was inaugurated by Ulli Seyfferth, head of technical service, Audi AG and Joe King, head of Audi India.

The service centre will operate a workshop and training facility in line with Audi AG standards. The workshop is equipped with three climate-controlled bays with equipment to run diagnosis and in-depth analysis of the cars. The training facility is set up to train technical teams and Audi dealers.

Speaking at the event, Ulli Seyfferth said that the technical service centre would help Audi “obtain deeper insights into usage patterns” of its cars in India. He also said that this would
help the company adapt its cars to better suit the Indian roads.
