Audi has unveiled a new 3.0-litre V6 TDI clean diesel engine at the Vienna Motor Symposium.
The new engine displaces 2967cc and has a 90-degree cylinder bank angle. It will come in two variants- the basic one with 215bhp and a hi-powered 268bhp variant. The engine can deliver a peak torque of 61kgm depending on the configuration.
Audi says this engine, apart from being more powerful than the one it replaces, is also upto 13 percent more fuel efficient. It also complies to Euro-6 emission norms.
