Make sure to be in Mumbai from October 29 to November 1, 2015, as the most talked-about auto show in the city is gearing up to celebrate its 10th edition.

Like the previous years, this year too, the Autocar Performance Show will be held at the MMRDA Grounds in Bandra Kurla Complex, which is easily accessible from all parts of Mumbai. The number of people who pour in to check out all the swanky cars, exotic motorcycles and hot gadgets has consistently been astonishing, and this year we expect these numbers to be higher than ever, and for good reason.

The Autocar Performance Show 2015, staying true to its lineage, will bring you the coolest supercars, thrilling motorcycles and high-tech gadgets, but also has some interesting activities lined up for its visitors. More on that later.

What's new?

Plenty, we say. This year we have added a whole list of firsts to the existing list of awesome. General Motors will be launching their much-anticipated Trailblazer SUV at the show. Maruti's recently launched Baleno will also be showcased at the company's Nexa environment that will be specially set up. Isuzu will also be participating for the first time.

Not just this, Porsche will be showcasing their supercars at the show. Volkswagen will bring to this platform its Vento R Cup car. Fiat will roll in its Abarth Punto Evo and Avventura powered by Abarth. The excitement will be upped by the display of customised cars and motorcycles as well. One of these will be Executive Mod Car Trendz’s customised Mahindra Thar, which has an easily removable hard top.

Good news for motorcycle enthusiasts. At the show, you can ogle at luxury-cruiser motorcycles from manufacturers such as Indian Motorcycles, Triumph, BMW Motorrad, Harley-Davidson, and Bajaj with their new 'Fear the Black' edition of the RS 200. DSK will showcase the Benelli line-up alongside the Korean motorcycle maker Hyosung’s line-up.

Hands-on kick

Seeing is believing, and there is plenty of that at the show, but wouldn't it be better if one could actually participate in an activity? Keeping that in mind, there will be a pit stop challenge where visitors can see how good or quick they are at changing tyres of a Formula 1 car. Who knows the next pit mechanic for Formula 1 may be born here!

The big news is that Toyota will take over the off-road activity from Mahindra. Visitors can experience off-roading in the comfort of the 170bhp Fortuner.

There is all this and plenty more at this year's Autocar Performance Show. We have circled the dates on our calendars, you should do too.

Stuff Gadget Show 2015

To be held alongside APS 2015 for the fourth consecutive year is the coolest tech show in the country, the Stuff Gadget Show. With the power to dazzle all tech junkies, the show will feature the most exciting toys, the best high-tech gadgets, gizmos you'll want to take home, all under one roof.
