    2019 Ford Figo facelift variants explained

    In the run-up to its India launch on March 15, the updated Ford Figo variant break-up has leaked online. The Figo facelift will be available in a total of seven variants; four petrol engine options and three diesel options spanning three trims – Ambiente, Titanium and Titanium Blu. The variant-wise features list and the engine options of the new Figo are as follows:

    Ford Figo Ambiente

    • 1.2-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel
    • 5-speed manual
    • Dual front airbags
    • ABS with EBD
    • Rear parking sensors
    • Driver and front-passenger seat-belt reminder
    • Speed-sensing door locks (15kph)
    • Rear fog lamps
    • Blacked-out grille, wing mirrors and front fog-lamp surround
    • Body-coloured front and rear bumpers
    • 14-inch steel wheels
    • All-black interiors
    • Fabric seats
    • Adjustable front headrests
    • 12V power socket
    • Manual AC
    • Tilt-adjustable steering
    • Day/night inside rear-view mirror
    • Front power windows
    • Electric boot release

    Ford Figo Titanium

    • 1.2-litre petrol, 1.5-litre petrol, 1.5-litre diesel
    • 5-speed manual (1.2 petrol & 1.5 diesel)
    • 6-speed automatic (1.5 petrol only)
    • ESP (AT only)
    • Traction control (AT only)
    • Hill-start assist (AT only)
    • Rear defogger
    • Chrome grille and front fog-lamp surround
    • Body-coloured wing mirrors with integrated indicators
    • Blacked-out B-pillar
    • 14-inch alloy wheels

    • Driver’s seat-height adjust

    • Side and rear decals
    • Dual-tone finish (contrast roof)
    • 15-inch black alloy wheels
    • Leather-wrapped steering
    • Automatic headlamps and wipers
    • Automatic day/night inside rear-view mirror

    As we had reported earlier, the Ford Figo facelift will rival the Maruti Suzuki Swift, Hyundai Grand i10 and Volkswagen Polo. Based on the features, it seems like the Ford will make for a well-kitted rival to these hatchbacks.
