The Toyota Innova Touring Sport has received a silent update four months after its May 2017 launch. The update features one major mechanical change – the 2.4-litre diesel variant now gets a 6-speed manual gearbox as opposed to the earlier 5-speed manual. The 2.8-litre diesel variant and 2.7-litre petrol variant continue to be offered with a 6-speed automatic and a 5-speed manual/6-speed automatic respectively.

As reported earlier, Toyota has also used this update as an opportunity to arm the Touring Sport with larger 17-inch alloy wheels as opposed to the earlier 16-inchers, navigation as a standard feature in the touchscreen infotainment system, an idle start/stop system for the diesel variants as well as LED fog lamps.

The Toyota Innova Touring Sport is priced as below:

2.8-litre Diesel AT
Rs. 22.15 lakh
