2026 Maruti Baleno full price list revealed

The facelifted Maruti premium hatchback is priced from Rs 5.99 lakh to Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

Maruti Suzuki has revealed the complete price list for the 2026 Baleno, which ranges from Rs 5.99 lakh to Rs 9.99 lakh. The manufacturer had launched the facelifted Baleno on September 5, but initially announced a starting price of Rs 6.10 lakh. However, the official website now suggests the Baleno facelift starts at Rs 5.99 lakh. Maruti has revealed prices for the remaining variants as well, including the Delta, Zeta, Alpha, and Alpha (O) trims.

The petrol AMT variants are priced at a premium of Rs 50,000 over their petrol manual counterparts. The CNG version has a higher premium of Rs 92,000 over the petrol manual variants.

2026 Maruti Baleno powertrain details

Gets the same 3-cylinder petrol engine as the Swift and Dzire now

With the facelift, Maruti has replaced the K12N 1.2-litre four-cylinder petrol engine with a Z12E 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol mill, also offered with the Swift and Dzire. The new engine is offered with either a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT option and produces 83hp and 112Nm, a reduction of 7hp and 1Nm over the previous K12N engine. However, the new Baleno is claimed to offer higher fuel efficiency with the new Z12E mill – 23.80kpl with the MT (up by 1.45kpl) and 24.77kpl with the AMT (up by 1.83kpl). 

The new Z12E engine is also offered with a CNG option producing 70hp and 102Nm. It is offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox only and has a claimed fuel efficiency of 33.61km per kg (up by 3km per kg).
