Yamaha R15 V4, R15M accessories price list revealed

Yamaha has released a number of useful accessories and their prices for the latest-generation R15. Given that the R15M is not mechanically that different from the standard R15 V4, the accessories are compatible with both variants.

    • Accessory prices start at Rs 190

    • Crash protection accessories available

    • Also usable on R15M variant

The most affordable accessory is the tank pad, priced at Rs 190. Next on the list is a seat cover (Rs 490) that is said to protect the original one underneath from damage. Rs 550 buys you a skid plate that’s designed to protect the exhaust system below the engine from large speed breakers and potholes. A more universal accessory comes in the form of a mobile charger, which is essentially a powered USB socket near the handlebar. It’s priced at Rs 750.

Other useful accessories include crash protection in the form of frame sliders (Rs 1,650) and lever guards (Rs 900). Lastly, the adjustable levers are priced at Rs 950, but the website doesn’t specify whether this is the price for one or the set.

To recap, the standard variant of the new R15 is priced at Rs 1.67 lakh, while the newly introduced R15M variant costs slightly more, at Rs 1.77 lakh. The limited-edition MotoGP variant, meanwhile, is priced at Rs 1.79 lakh.
