Piaggio’s Bollywood connect

Iconic Italian motorcycle and scooter manufacturer Piaggio joins the 12th River to River Florence Indian Film Festival set to take place at Florence’s famous Cinema Odeon in Italy, from Dec 7-13, 2012. The Piaggio foundation has formed a committee for this film festival and shall be giving out a Piaggio Foundation Award for best film, in the feature film category. The director of the winning film will be gifted a Vespa LX125 and veteran Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan will be present as the guest of honour making a speech at the opening ceremony.

This Italian film festival celebrates 100 years of the Indian film industry.
