TVS has introduced a combined braking system called Sync Brake System (SBS) across all variants of the Wego and Jupiter scooters. SBS uses a reactive relay to apply co-brakes in quick succession to improve the effectiveness of braking.

SBS automatically activates the front brake when the rear brake is used. Since brake force distribution is front-biased, this results in more even and effective braking. And because both brakes are used, even if the rider pulls only one of the brake levers, the physical force input by the rider is also reduced. Furthermore, TVS claims the SBS also increases the life of brake liners and tyres.

TVS is the third company, after Honda Motorcycles and Hero MotoCorp, to introduce a combined braking system for its scooters.
