TVS Motor Company has launched a smartphone app called TVSM Service for current and prospective owners of TVS two-wheelers. The app provides customers with information digitally, so that they do not need to call the company’s dealers or service centres.

The app informs the customer about the recommended service interval for their vehicles, with respect to time and mileage intervals. It provides them with information about engine, electrical, tyre, brake and other aspects of TVS vehicles, and allows them to book service appointments through the app and reviews their warranty terms and conditions.

Other tasks it can help customers with, are that it can receive news updates from the company, access their vehicle’s service history, locate dealers using GPS, receive useful tips to extract better mileage and safety from their vehicles, manage fuel expenses by way of the fuel record feature and contact TVS customer support easily. The TVS app is available only on Google Playstore.
