Triumph Motorcycles inaugurates Delhi showroom

Triumph Motorcycles has opened the doors to its seventh showroom in India at New Delhi. The showroom, Triumph Delhi, is located at Vasant Square Mall in South Delhi’s Vasant Kunj area. Bikes apart, the showroom also stocks Triumph merchandise and biking gear. Buyers looking to customise their bikes can also do so at a section dedicated to accessories. The showroom also houses Triumph’s ‘Build your own bike’ simulator where prospective customers can see a virtual model of their personalised bike. While service will be attended to at a separate facility in Gurgaon, the showroom will offer Triumph owners a pick-up and drop facility to aid convenience.

The opening of the Delhi showroom marks Triumph’s foray into North India which is a lucrative market for big bike sales. In fact, Triumph Delhi claims to have got 30 bookings even before its formal inauguration. Triumph, which is aggressively expanding its footprint in India, is also set to inaugurate its Chennai dealership on June 7 and a showroom in Kolkata which is expected to commence operations in July. Thereafter, Triumph will look to open dealerships at three-four more locations by March 2015.
