    3. Mechanicals could remain unchanged, price bump expected

Suzuki Access 125 facelift spotted again

The Access 125 is one of the most popular family scooters and Suzuki, being the conservationist brand that it is, will likely not tinker with the recipe much. We expect the mechanical components to remain largely the same as the outgoing model.

Just as a certain other Japanese manufacturer has done with the Activa, expect the updates to be subtle and not stray too far from the original. In the previous sighting, we saw that the facelift still comes with a 12-inch front wheel and 10-inch rear wheel. That spy shot showed one of the higher variants, identifiable because of the alloy wheels and front disc brake.

This time around, the base variant has been spotted with steel wheels and a front drum brake. We can see that the scooter will continue to get an LED headlight, and it remains to be seen if the indicators or tail-light go down the same path.

The current Suzuki Access 125 currently ranges between Rs 79,899 and Rs 90,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and the facelift could get a small price hike. With the festive season right around the corner and the current model now having been out for more than 7 years, we could see the debut of the updated Access 125 in the near future.
