Rudratej Singh is Royal Enfield’s new President

Royal Enfield has appointed Rudratej Singh as its new company president. Singh will be based out of the corporate office in Gurgaon, and will report to Siddhartha Lal, managing director and chief executive officer, Eicher Motors Ltd.

Rudratej Singh will lead the commercial business for Royal Enfield, which includes global and after sales, brand and marketing, and will develop new product strategy. He will also spearhead new business opportunities for RE, including apparel and accessories.

Previously based in Singapore, Rudratej Singh was with Unilever as its vice president for home and personal care and foods marketing operations.

Singh pointed out that Royal Enfield has been growing in sales figures at a record pace over the past few years. He said that he is excited to join and work with the brand, aiming to make it a world leader in mid-size motorcycles. Singh is also a regular speaker across the world at various marketing forums as a part of the Asia CMO board.
