Pierer Mobility AG has been renamed Bajaj Mobility AG as of January 13, 2026. The decision to change the name was made in November, when Bajaj acquired full control of KTM.

Bajaj Mobility AG is now the holding company for KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas brands

The name change follows Bajaj Auto taking full control of KTM through its wholly owned subsidiary, Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV (BAIH BV). The acquisition was completed on November 18, 2025, after BAIH BV purchased all 50,100 shares of Pierer Bajaj AG (PBAG) from Pierer Industrie AG, ending the Pierer Group’s involvement in PBAG.

Along with the name change, the company has also unveiled a new logo for Bajaj Mobility AG. The headquarters will continue to be located at Mattighofen, Austria. Bajaj Mobility AG is now the holding company for KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas brands.
