KTM 890 Adventure R Rally details

WP Xplor Pro suspension derived from factory race programmes

The most notable addition on the 890 Adventure R Rally is the WP Pro Components suspension, which KTM says has been derived directly from the WP Factory Racing programme. The lightweight WP Xplor Pro USD fork and WP Xplor Pro shock offer 270mm of travel. KTM claims the setup delivers exceptional damping performance over harsh terrain while maintaining comfort for touring or pillion use.

Power comes from an 889cc parallel-twin engine producing 106hp and 100Nm, and the bike also gets an Akrapovič slip-on exhaust. Rally-specific components include a rally seat, racing footpegs, and a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheel setup. It also features carbon tank guards and a Supersprox Stealth rear sprocket.

The electronics package includes switchable ABS, multiple ride modes with a dedicated Rally mode, a bi-directional quickshifter, cruise control, and traction control, all of which can be adjusted via a 5-inch TFT display.

Visually, the 890 Adventure R Rally features a Red Bull KTM Factory Racing-inspired livery. KTM has confirmed that the bike will be available in limited numbers globally, although the exact production figure has not been disclosed.
