KTM 450 Rally Replica revealed, limited to 150 units

KTM has officially unveiled the 2025 450 Rally Replica and the 450 Rally Replica Sanders Edition, two limited-edition rally machines that bring Dakar-level performance to the public. Available in limited numbers globally, this KTM will be rather hard to get.

  1. Only 150 units to be produced of standard 450 Rally Replica
  2. Gets a 450cc single-cyl engine

2026 KTM 450 Rally Replica and 450 Rally Replica Sanders Edition: What is it?

Only 5 units of the Sanders Edition will be produced to commemorate the 2024 Dakar victory of Daniel Sanders.

The 2025 KTM 450 Rally Replica is a near-identical version of the factory race bike used in the Dakar Rally. It features a reworked 450cc single-cylinder SOHC engine, reinforced clutch, and strengthened gearbox. It features a dual-radiator setup to ensure better cooling. It also features a titanium Akrapovic full system exhaust

The bike's frame is a laser-cut, hydro-formed steel trellis, hand-welded at KTM's Motorsports facility in Austria. This design offers enhanced rigidity and energy absorption. The rear 16-litre fuel tank doubles as the subframe, complemented by two front tanks of 9 and 9.5 litres, totaling 34.5 litres of fuel capacity.

Suspension duties are handled by fully adjustable WP XACT PRO components: 48mm closed-cartridge cone valve forks at the rear. The setup includes a Scotts steering damper for added stability. It also features a carbon-fibre navigation tower that houses a digital roadbook system, with an option for a traditional paper setup.

The Sanders Edition features all the above mentioned features and some more unique features. Only five units of this version will be produced and will feature full factory Red Bull livery along with a Daniel Sanders sticker kit which will include a signed front number plate stickler.
It will also come with a full factory rim set with Michelin race tyres along with an additional rim set with homologated street tyres.

Both the standard 2026 KTM 450 Rally Replica and the Sanders Edition will be assembled at KTM's motorsports division in Austria. These machines are not mere adventure-style replicas but are purpose-built, competition-ready rally raid bikes for privateers and professional teams alike. Given the limited numbers and potentially high asking price, it is unlikely that this model will make its way to India.
