The KNK mini bike is fully designed, developed and manufactured in India. It is based around a bespoke chassis and uses a petrol-powered utility engine, much like you would find in a rental go-kart. The engine displaces 80cc and makes around four horsepower. That figure is small, but so is the bike, which weighs around 40 kilos.

Power is sent to the rear wheel via a centrifugal clutch, which results in a twist-and-go riding experience. This would be similar to a TVS XL 100 moped that has no clutch lever or gear shifts for the rider to manage. Power is transmitted via chain drive, and the company says the final drive ratio can be customised to prioritise acceleration or top speed.

The KNK mini bike has a single-sided trailing-link front suspension setup with a monoshock at the rear. It even has disc brakes at both ends, although these are mechanical, cable-actuated discs like you would find on a bicycle and not hydraulic. The most eye-catching feature on the bike is the oversized off-road tyres that lend it a unique look and stance.

The KNK mini bike is not road legal, and it is intended to be used on off-road tracks or at farmhouses. The company has opened bookings, and the bike will be produced at its manufacturing facility in Khanapur, Karnataka. Deliveries are expected to begin in June 2026.
