India Bike Week part deux

Being one of the largest festivals in India, built around bikers and their love for bikes, this year’s India Bike Week is expecting a crowd of around 10,000 enthusiasts. The event is going to be held on 17-18 Jan 2014 from 11:00am to 10:00pm. IBW tickets are priced at Rs 3,000 for men and Rs 2,500 for women, now available on www.bookmyshow.com.

The event will be held in Goa but the venue is yet to be announced. Some of the highlights of the event include the showcasing of the all new Harley-Davidson Street 750 and Street 500, loud music, Full Contact Championship 9, custom, vintage and modified bikes, a bike build-Off, bikini bike wash bar, stunt zone, flea market, Enduro Riding School and the Howling Dog Bar.

Along with this India Bike Week has also set up a contest ‘Shoot Your Journey’ wherein bikers from around the country will send a short video of their most memorable rides. Shortlisted videos will be shown on Big Trip Cinema during the India Bike Week 2014 event. The best shortlisted videos will be taken further on, to be shown on Fox Traveller and a GoPro camera will be gifted to the creator of the video.
