Hero MotoCorp has just launched a range of sales and aftersales initiatives that customers can access via WhatsApp.

Customers can chat via WhatsApp to purchase any Hero two-wheeler and also schedule a service. You can also use it to check the real-time status of your vehicle that is being serviced, as well as look at its service and maintenance schedule. To start a chat, customers can scan a QR code that will be available at all Hero MotoCorp touchpoints, or by calling 8367796950 from their mobile device.

Apart from streamlining the process of booking a vehicle or a service, this initiative should also help make it quicker, considering that most touchpoints are now operating with limited staff during the pandemic.
