Swiggy has partnered with Hero MotoCorp to provide its delivery partners access to the brand’s motorcycles and scooters, financing options and road-safety training. The initiative covers delivery partners associated with Swiggy Food Marketplace and Instamart.

Access to exclusive pricing at Hero dealerships
Under the partnership, delivery partners will be able to select their preferred Hero MotoCorp two-wheeler through the Swiggy app and access exclusive pricing at Hero dealerships. Financing with up to 90 percent LTV will also be available, with the companies promising competitive interest rates.
The purchase process will be enabled through an API integration between Swiggy and Hero MotoCorp. Riders can register their preferred model through the Swiggy app before visiting a selected Hero dealership, where a dedicated customer support executive will assist them with the purchase.
Saurav Goyal, chief operating officer, Food Marketplace at Swiggy, said access to personal mobility could help delivery partners improve their earning opportunities while offering greater flexibility.
Hero MotoCorp will also conduct road-safety training programmes for Swiggy delivery partners across India as part of its Ride Safe India CSR initiative.
The sessions will combine digital learning and instructor-led practical training, covering preventive safety practices, hazard anticipation, responsible riding, traffic-rule compliance and emergency response.
The partnership was marked by a road-safety training session at Hero MotoCorp’s Traffic Training Park in Gurugram. Participants received a full-face helmet, medical kit, certificate and reflective safety vest.
