The 9th edition of the biennial 21 Gun Salute International Vintage Car Rally and Concours d'Elegance was more special than usual. The rally flagged off from India Gate and went on to the venue for the Concours d'Elegance, where onlookers were treated to some very special cars in some very special categories.
