Lego Technic has released a new kit called the Ducati Desmo 450MX Factory Motorcycle.

Based on Ducati’s new single cylinder MX range, the Lego Desmo 450MX is a kit that comprises 457 pieces.

Once fully assembled, the bike’s dimensions are 7.5 inches (19cm) high, 12 inches (31cm) long and 4.5 inches (11cm) wide.

It also has a working chain that moves the single piston within the engine.

It may be simpler than the Panigale kit, but the 450MX kit still has functional steering and working suspension at both ends.

This new Ducati Lego kit will go on sale in the USA on August 1, and it should be available in India soon after as well.

The Lego Technic Ducati Desmo 450MX Factory Motorcycle is a 457-piece assembly kit based on Ducati's real-world 449.6cc single-cylinder motocross machine. Aimed at children aged 10 and above, the completed model measures 19cm tall, 31cm long and 11cm wide. Despite its relatively modest part count – roughly a third of the existing Lego Ducati Panigale V4 S kit — it still features functional steering, working suspension at both ends and a moving chain that actuates the single piston within the engine. A three-speed transmission, as found on the Panigale kit, is not included.
The kit is priced at USD 50 (approximately Rs 4,768) – significantly more affordable than the Panigale V4 S kit at USD 200. It goes on sale in the US on August 1, 2026, and is already listed on Lego's India website, with availability expected to follow shortly after the US launch.
