The 42 is the most affordable motorcycle in Jawa's stable. It is positioned as a neo-retro offering from the brand and gets a few modern bits such as a fully digital instrument cluster and dual-channel ABS. The 294cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 27.3hp of power and 26.8Nm of torque, it is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip/assist clutch. The 42 is available in one variant with 15 color options. The Jawa 42 is priced from Rs 1.59 lakh, and the price rises according to the colour.
