Looking for a replacement for a BMW 3 Series

I currently own a 2012 BMW 320d (E90) top end trim and am looking to for a new or second-hand car within Rs 35-40 lakh (on road, Gurgaon). I am not sure of the current diesel regulations and I fear that NGT may shelf off all diesel cars in Delhi-NCR, but I still want one. The current BMWs (including the 2 Series) and other German brands are out of my budget. I was very impressed with the Mahindra Alturas but then I believe the car isn’t selling well.

We wouldn’t advise a second-hand luxury car as that has its own issues.Also, being in Delhi, you’ll be getting a car with a fair bit of its registration life used up, especially if it’s a diesel. Why not consider the Skoda Superb, which is a great car and, apart from the badge, offers the same luxury feel as some of the German brands.
