By combining process know-how with a long background in ring materials and high-performance coatings for many automotive applications, Goetze has the clear advantage.
In addition to a large choice of ring materials, Goetze offers an extensive range of high-performance coatings such as chromium, CKS, plasma coatings, physical vapor deposition (PVD) and Goetze diamond coating (GDC).
Block kits: Robust manufacturing processes, along with a deep understanding of customer requirements, helps us in being first to aftermarket. Goetze now offers a wide range of world-class block- and cylinder-liner kits for the two/three-wheeler and car segments.
These kits feature special lightweight aluminium castings for more durability and a super-finished bore for lesser lube oil consumption and superior performance.
Goetze block kits are offered in multiple configurations with a head gasket, as well as a
piston-push fit.
Cylinder liners: Goetze’s cylinder liners are manufactured with special alloy cast-iron with selective elements to provide superior bonding, reduced distortion and improved oil economy. Liners are finely ground and bore-machined to the last micron for improved efficiency and lower emissions. The wide range of Goetze liners are offered in multiple grades for cars, commercial vehicles and tractor applications.
Engine oil and grease: Coming from the house of engine experts, engine oil is the latest addition in Goetze portfolio. Available in all leading grades and pack sizes, Goetze engine oil is based on 100 % virgin base oil and equipped with selective additives for engine protection throughout the year.
Goetze engine oil resists thickening by providing enhanced oxidation control and meets stringent OE specifications while enhancing fuel economy.
Engine valves: Goetze offers a range of tufftrided and chrome-plated engine valves which possess great tensile strength and fatigue resistance. Goetze engine valves are manufactured from bi-metallic materials to withstand severe running conditions and offer peak performance every single time.
These valves also deliver superior heat dissipation and wear resistance. To increase surface hardening of the stem, each engine valve undergoes liquid nitriding and hard chrome-plating process.
