Renault Bigster specifications

The Renault Bigster could be offered with three distinct powertrain options internationally. The strong hybrid pairs a 107hp, four-cylinder petrol engine with two electric motors delivering 50hp and a 1.4kWh battery, for a combined output of 155hp. This hybrid system sends power to the front wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission for the engine and a 2-speed gearbox for the electric motor.

The mild-hybrid variant is powered by a 140hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with a 48V system and a 6-speed manual gearbox. It drives the front wheels as standard, with optional AWD capability. When equipped with AWD, the Bigster gains dedicated drive modes including Snow, Mud/Sand, Off-Road, Normal, Eco, and hill descent control.

The third option is a dual-fuel LPG version, using the same 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine with mild-hybrid assist, producing up to 140hp while running on both petrol and LPG.
