The mid-spec Exclusive trim is the one we recommend for the MG Hector Tomahawk EV, as it packs a good mix of convenience features that should appeal to buyers of such an EV.

Level 2 ADAS, front parking sensors, an auto-dimming IRVM, memory function for the driver's seat, a 15.6-inch touchscreen, a 10-speaker Infinity sound system and multi-colour ambient lights (256 colours) are some feature offered only in the range-topping Essence trim.

Yes, six airbags are offered as standard with the MG Hector Tomahawk EV. ABS with EBS, hill hold and all-four disc brakes are offered across trims as well.

MG does not offer the Hector Tomahawk EV with the option of captain seats. Depending on the trim level, five- and seven-seater layouts are on offer.

The MG Hector Tomahawk's 7-seater version is an alternative to EVs such as the Kia Carens Clavis EV and Mahindra XEV 9S. It can also be had in a 5-seater configuration, similar to the Tata Harrier EV.

V2H or vehicle-to-home technology turns an EV into a powerhouse. It can provide power backup for a house over an outage. Tomahawk EV maximum output is 6.6kVA AC (32Amp). V2H functionality requires a compatible, separately sold unit.
