The Mercedes G Wagen or G-Class has only ever been sold in India in high-performance AMG guise, but that's all about to change. Mercedes-Benz is about to launch a more affordable diesel-powered version of the iconic G Class, called the G 350d, and we got an early chance to try it out in the environment it's most at home in - a gruelling off-road course.

The Isuzu D-Max V-Cross has become something of a cult favourite in India amongst outdoorsy lifestyle buyers.
