Lamborghini has announced its 50th anniversary celebration plans, set to begin in 2013. It has unveiled a logo for its Jubilee year and CEO Stephen Winkelmann was at hand to provide a preview of the programme.
The celebrations, which will be held in Italy first and in other countries throughout 2013, will culminate in May on the same week in which the company’s foundation stone was laid. The Jubilee programme will include Lamborghini's 50th Anniversary Grand Tour, which will be attended by Lamborghini owners and dealers from all over the world. The tour that will cover over 1,200km of Italy’s roads and will feature hundreds of Lamborghinis, from historic GTs to the futuristic supercars of today.
