Jaguar seems to be testing a long-wheelbase version of its new XF sedan. The sedan spotted testing at Nurburgring, seems near identical to the standard XF save for a longer rear door and blacked-out rear windows and windshield.

The long-wheelbase XF seems to get additional space behind the B-pillar that points to a roomier rear cabin with substantially more legroom. There is no word on how much longer the XF L will be from the standard XF, but expect it to be at least a few inches longer.

In terms of power, the XF L will share its engines with the standard XF which means it will be powered by JLR’s new 2.0-litre Ingenium and 3.0-litre V6 petrol and diesel mills.

The XF L is likely to be a China-specific model, and is expected to make its debut at the Beijing motor show next year.
