Goa Vintage Cars and Bikes Festival 2019 to be held on April 14

The third edition of the Goa Vintage Cars and Bikes Festival will be held on April 14, 2019. The event, organised by Goa Tourism, will be held in Panjim and will have participants coming in from Mumbai and even Bengaluru to be part of this celebration of classic automobilia. With over 80 cars and 50 bikes expected to make it to the rally, the Vintage Cars and Bikes Festival will be a major draw for tourists who come to Goa for its great food, beaches and relaxed atmosphere. Goa has been an epicentre of car culture in the past as its status as a Portuguese colony allowed import of cars from different parts of the world.

The rally will be flagged off at the Inox Courtyard in Panjim and will run a 7km route along the iconic Mandovi river, going all the way to Miramar Circle before looping back to the start point.

Goa Vintage Cars and Bikes Festival 2019 to be held on April 14

Classes for four-wheelers will be split into Vintage and Classic Cars up to 1988, modern classics up to 1994 and future classics ranging from 1994 to 1998. The two-wheeler category will showcase bikes and scooters up to 1988.

There will be no entry fee for participants who wish to enter into the Goa Vintage Cars and Bikes Festival 2019. And those interested in participating can write to [email protected] or Whatsapp on 9371677604/ 9850077993.

On April 14, participants will be required to register from 9am onwards, after which, the rally will flag off by 11:30am. All the models that are participating will continue to be kept on display until 6pm.
