Datsun has revealed a concept car called the Go-Cross, based on its Go+ MPV platform at the Nissan Motor Corporation headquarter in Yokohama, Japan. The concept sports typical crossover looks such as body cladding, skid plates and a raised ride height.

At the front, the Go-Cross gets a quad headlamp set-up, LED lights mounted within the air dams on the lower portion of the bumper along with a prominent skid plate. On the flanks, the model gets body cladding, roof rails, a rising window line and large alloy wheels. At the back, it gets a prominent rear bumper with body cladding, skid plate and a roof-mounted spoiler.

No mechanical details were revealed.

Speaking at the event, Datsun’s Vincent Kobe said, "It is an important day for Datsun today. In addition to the continued expansion of sales and service network in the four markets to put the Datsun brand, we plan to expand the model line-up to three models in India. In early 2016, we will release a new model in India.”
