First images of the undisguised F12 Speciale test car have made its way on to the internet.
The images are understood to have been taken near Ferrari’s Maranello headquarters.

As seen from the images, the F12 Speciale is dressed in a hardcore aerodynamics package with spoilers, diffusers and vented wheel arches. The car, like the 458 Speciale, is expected to be offered as a full-blown production model and not a limited-edition offering, as with the Lamborghini Aventador SV.

The F12 Speciale is said to weigh 200kg lesser than the standard car, while the power output from its 6.2-litre V12 has been bumped up by 30bhp to 760bhp. Acceleration time is expected to be under three seconds for the 0-100kph sprint, while top speed is expected to be under the standard F12’s 340kph.

Inside, the car is expected to be lose out on all non-essentials, though Ferrari is likely to offer certain features as add-on options to interested parties.

There is no word on the pricing yet. But like the 458 Speciale, expect the F12 Speciale to be priced at a premium over the standard F12.
