CEAT has launched a new mobile app for iOS and Android platforms. The app aims at providing first-hand information to users, at all times, to make travel safe and quick.

Through this app, users can access CEAT’s customer care, view the company’s entire product range and locate the nearest company outlet. Other features include tyre care tips, safe driving tips, locating the nearest petrol pump, cinema or ATM, and setting service reminders for the user’s car. Cricket fans can also check the latest cricket ratings via the CEAT Cricket Rating segment.

Nitish Bajaj, VP - Marketing, CEAT Limited, said, “The aim behind launching the CEAT app was to provide our customers with all relevant information on our products range, tyre maintenance reminders and dealer locator to make it convenient to choose, maintain and replace the tyres. We also wanted to give value-added information pertaining to utility services viz. ATM and petrol pump locator at one place so as to make their journey hassle-free. With smartphones becoming the primary device to access the internet, we are confident that this app shall add immense value to consumers on the move and help CEAT build enduring relationships with its consumers.”

The CEAT app can be downloaded for free from iTunes and Google Play.
