Bentley has unveiled the new Flying Spur four-door sedan, bringing back the sportier S variant and aligning its styling more closely with the Continental GT. The line-up also includes standard, Speed, Azure and Mulliner versions. It even gains the 21-speaker Naim for Mulliner sound system, originally developed for the limited-run Bentley Batur, as an option. Production of the 2026 Flying Spur is due to start at Bentley's Crewe plant in the UK in September.
2026 Bentley Flying Spur powertrains
Just like the standard and Azure variants, the S trim uses a twin-turbo 4-litre V8 and a 25.9kWh plug-in-hybrid setup, belting out peak outputs of 680hp and 930Nm. However, the latter takes 3.7 seconds to do a 0-100kph sprint, topping out at 308kph. The respective figures for the standard and Azure are 3.9 seconds and 270kph.
In the Flying Spur Speed and Mulliner, the plug-in hybrid powertrain develops 782hp and 1,000Nm. Both hit the 100kph mark from rest in 3.5 seconds, while top speed is 308kph. All Bentley Flying Spur models get an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic and all-wheel drive layout.
2026 Bentley Flying Spur exterior highlights
Up front, it gets a massive grille with a criss-cross design, flanked by round headlights, each with a horizontal DRL streak; the criss-cross pattern also extends to the bumper grille below. Above the huge grille sits the signature Bentley wing emblem, finished in different exterior finishes depending on the variant. The variant badging is placed on the front left fender.
At the rear, the boot lid area has been redesigned with smoother surfaces and cleaner lines. New 22-inch wheel finishes are also available on both the Azure and S variants; 21-inch wheel size is available as well.
