In the November 2024 tests, the XUV 3XO scored full 8 points in the frontal crash test and full 4 points in the side crash test for the 18-month-old child dummy. The 3-year-old child dummy also received full points in both tests then.

It had scored 24/24 in the Dynamic test, and 12/12 in the CRS installation test, but lost 4 points in the vehicle assessment, scoring 7 out of 13. That resulted in a COP score of 43/49. The same Dynamic and CRS installation test results apply to models manufactured from VIN MA1NS2NVPS2B98575 onwards. However, their slightly higher vehicle assessment score of 9 takes the COP score to 45.
