The Speed Twin 1200 comes with a 2-year unlimited-kilometre warranty and requires servicing every 12 months or 16,000km, whichever comes first.

The core 1200cc engine performance is basically the same on all three Speed Twin 1200 versions, but they differ significantly in terms of chassis hardware, braking components, and ergonomic design.

• Standard: It gives you a laid back, old-school roadster vibe, with a lower 805mm seat height, Marzocchi suspension, and the standard Triumph brakes.
• RS: This one steps it up with a fully adjustable Ohlins setup plus Brembo Stylema brakes. That means a more spirited ride, and the seat is slightly higher at 810 mm.  
• Cafe Racer Edition: It also got Ohlins suspension and Brembo braking, but then it adds a customizable Brembo MCS brake lever, 7 spoke wheels, a sharper cockpit posture, plus exclusive styling.

Before buying, consider the 805-810mm seat height, 216-217kg wet weight, and 105PS/112Nm engine performance. Also check whether the Standard's relaxed ergonomics suits your riding needs or the Cafe Racer's sportier riding position.

You should buy the Standard variant if you want a classic roadster for everyday riding and touring. Pick the RS if handling and braking performance matter most. Meanwhile, opt for the Cafe Racer Edition if you want exclusive styling, a sportier riding position, and premium components.
