Just a few months after the F77’s launch, the company has revealed a ‘Space Edition’ priced at Rs 5.60 lakh. This special edition gets a bespoke paint scheme with many unique touches and is limited to just 10 units.

Ultraviolette F77 Space Edition: what’s different visually?

The most eye-catching difference is this special white paint that the company claims ‘contributes to efficiency by reducing drag.’ There is Space Edition badging in a number of places, and each bike gets a number on the charging port flap, indicating which unit it is.

Additionally, a few accessories like tank grips and the aerodynamic wheel cover can be seen on the bike, which could be standard equipment on the Space Edition. In fact, the key for the F77 Space Edition is made out of a single block of Aerospace Grade Aluminium. The bike in these pictures also sports Pirelli Diablo Rosso II rubber, but the standard bike comes with MRF Steel Brace tyres.

Ultraviolette F77 Space Edition: what’s different under the skin?

While the Space Edition’s 10.3kWh battery pack and 307km IDC-claimed range figures are the same as the top-spec Recon variant of the F77, the motor's peak output figures are different. The F77 Space Edition makes 30.2kW (40.5hp) and 100Nm of torque, figures that are the same as the Limited Edition variant F77 e-bike that was priced at Rs 5.50 lakh.

Ultraviolette F77 Space Edition price, availability

At Rs 5.60 lakh, the Space Edition costs a massive Rs 95,000 more than the F77 Recon and is Rs 40,000 more expensive than the very capable (and exorbitantly priced) Kawasaki Ninja 400. Bookings for the F77 Space Edition begin on August 22 at 6pm.

All prices mentioned are ex-showroom, Bengaluru.
