  1. TVS regains No.1 position with 26 percent market share
  2. Hero Vida climbs to fourth, outselling Ola Electric
  3. Ola Electric slides to fifth with 71 percent YoY decline

TVS regains top spot

TVS: 30,309 units

TVS regained the number one position it had lost to Bajaj Auto in October, selling 30,309 e-scooters in November. This gives TVS a 26 percent market share and a lead of 4,783 units over Bajaj. The company had held the top position for six consecutive months from April through September before being dethroned. TVS’s strong momentum in the second half of November helped it widen the gap over Bajaj, having led by just 1,627 units after the first two weeks.

Bajaj: 25,526 units

Bajaj Auto, which claimed the top spot in October, slipped back to second position with 25,526 scooters sold and a 22 percent market share. Nevertheless, Bajaj remains a strong contender in the electric two-wheeler space, with the Chetak continuing to see steady demand across the country.

Ather: 20,323 units

Ather maintained its third position with 20,323 units and 18 percent share of the market. The company has posted consistent growth over recent months, with the Rizta seeing particularly strong demand.

Hero: 12,199 units

The standout story of November was the Hero Vida brand rising to fourth position, overtaking Ola Electric for the first time. Hero sold 12,199 e-scooters, a 66 percent jump from the 7,352 units in November 2024. This gives Hero Vida a 10 percent market share. Autocar Professional reports that the growth has been driven by strong demand for the Vida VX2.

Ola Electric: 8,400 units

Ola Electric slipped to fifth position with just 8,400 units sold, down 71 percent from the 29,322 units in November 2024, giving it a 7 percent market share. In 11 months to November 2025, Ola sold 1,90,088 units, trailing far behind TVS (2,72,874 units) and Bajaj (2,50,366 units) and just 6,925 units ahead of Ather Energy (1,83,163 units). Ola’s highest monthly tally this year was 24,411 units in January.
