Royal Enfield appoints Kaleeswaran Arunachalam as new CFO

Royal Enfield has appointed Kaleeswaran Arunachalam as the new chief financial officer or CFO. Kaleeswaran replaces Lalit Malik who served as the CFO over the last 10 years. Malik will continue working for Royal Enfield as the chief commercial officer (CCO).

Kaleeswaran has garnered vast experience over a career spanning 17 years. He has worked in areas such as corporate finance, business partnering, investor relations, fundraising, strategic planning, risk management and more. Some of his previous employers include Aditya Birla Fashions, Mondelez International and the TVS Motor Company. At Royal Enfield, he will report to Vinod K Dasari, the CEO of Royal Enfield. 

Amid the new appointment at the top management, Royal Enfield has also resumed operations at its Oragadam factory, setting the economic wheel in motion.

The company also announced that 120 Royal Enfield dealerships have re-opened their shutters, with more to follow in the coming weeks.
